Overview
Changelog doesn't make sense at all, initial build 4.6.0 and the year is 2007?
Year is 2017 :-) 4.6.x is a different branch than 4.2.x (where the previous version was based on) both versions are maintained in parallel, this is quite common for business software
Different branch or not, if the diff (as shown on https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/661824 or osc rq show -d 661824
) has "minus lines" for .changes, it's not going to pass.
Sell the change from 4.2 to 4.6 as an upgrade, not as a switch.
This fiddeling of the changes file creates a lot of work, but does not add value or benefit. 'Strukturbefriedigung' is the word in german.....
