This does not even build in the devel prj as the dep is missing there too...
I was hoping that an SR for that already exists. I submitted an update to devel:languages:rust before :-( @luke_nukem, can you please submit to Factory?
oh, I see https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/702993 that was declined for missing changelog details. That feedback didn't reach me (gap in the OBS process IMHO). I could say the point is that I searched if there is any information available and didn't find anything. https://crates.io/crates/cbindgen/0.8.7
