Add _multibuild support (package mingw32-cross-binutils can be removed now)
@rhabacker You need to modify the main spec file to take this into account and remove the *-cross.{spec,changes} See https://openbuildservice.org/help/manuals/obs-reference-guide/cha.obs.multibuild.html
This is normal behavior and described on the page you pointed to: "Build description files are needed for each of them for each package (eg. kernel-source.spec or kernel-obs-build.dsc) inside of the sources."
Merging them into one file would make the resulting spec file too complicated and having a spec file for each flavor is a supported case.
