That's technically wrong on so many levels.

Provides: any package that links against libsmbldap.so.0 would still not work without a rebuild - the library is simply not named the name and .so.2 is no drop-in replacement

Obsoletes: should essentially not be nescessary, as some binary might still link the old library and the SLPP is intentionally crafter to allow libraries in different versions to coexist on a system
