Overview
@gmbr3 Group tag is useless, is there a reason to add it back? Note that the previous maintainer knowingly removed it.
Why did they remove it? I mean all I am doing is stopping RPMLINT from sprouting a huge message.
I see a proposal for tag based groups but not removal
You can ignore rpmlint, group tags are obsolete. Especially for cmdline apps, they don't make sense.
I will update this SR as I do want to take the best path but be prepared for a long message.
