The tiptop tool was mentioned here. Tiptop provides visibility of IPC (instructions per cycle), a metric missing from top(1).

It's GPL-2.0-only.
Do I need to fork and create a home/community build of this in order to fix as I don't have write access to server:monitoring?
Perhaps Antonio Larrosa (alarrosa) can apply the spec-cleaner and license changes.
