This breaks for example meson:test, pipewire and gstreamer-plugins-bad, all failing with something along the lines of:

[   61s] /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/10/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lvulkan64
[   61s] collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
