DO NOT SWITCH ON BUILDING OF PYTHON310-* PACKAGES YET!

A package name like python-3_10 would be way more appropriate. gcc went through the same, it just was not viable to keep "gcc33" because that 3.3 would collide with the real v33 someday.

You have a point, but

  1. we have already python36, python38, and python39
  2. all python310-* packages will have it as root of its name

for both reasons I would like to have the symbol as short as possible.

I'm going to agree with mcepl's logic here, I don't think this is the time and place to change all of pythons naming, that would be better on the python mailing list.
