IMO using a bcond for this is no longer the best choice, something like %docs_flavor makes more sense.
IMO keeping the subpackage makes it a bit more obvious as well, then %{name} also still works.

rm -rf→rm -rWe removed the -f option in (almost) all KDE package to find where there's nothing to delete anymore.
