We removed the -f option in (almost) all KDE package to find where there's nothing to delete anymore.
Also: %{buildroot}/%{_datadir}/ECM → %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/ECM

I asked about ki18n. the rc2 tag exists but the new tarball doesn't have the change.
