  1. Please, don’t use %{python_sitelib}/*, it is too general and it hides packaging problems quite well. Use something like +%{python_sitelib}/towncrier and +%{python_sitelib}/towncrier-%{version}*-info instead.
  2. Please, investigate whether it would be possible to run the test suite. There seem to be some tests included even in the tarball.

  2. There is only one config file in test drawer. I don't think there are any other tests. Could you please check it as well? I'm not sure.

  1. You are right, that’s useless.

So, please, submit a fixed version of the package for the other stuff (and supersede this SR).
